1 st Floor Exhibit Lobby : Collections of the museum include works from artists participating in the Dong-gang Photo Festival held every year since 2002, as well as photographs donated by winners of the 'Dong-gang Photo Award ', Gangweon documentary photography project related photos, as well as photos donated by the Yeongwol community. There are approximately 800 photos on display as well as 130 classic cameras.

Special Exhibit Room : The special exhibit room uses the exhibit halls on the 1 st and 2 nd floors, while the museum collections and photos from famous photographers around the world are periodically replaced.
