Yeongwol-gun Art Studio is a cultural infrastructure to promote art development by providing space for creative activities to distinguished artists. Yeongwol-gun Art Studio is located next to Yeongwol County Office and opposite Donggang Photography Museum. It consists of three exhibition halls and a residence space for the residents. Hong Seok Chang, a prominent artist in the Korean art world, is currently residing in Yeongwol, and his representative works are exhibited in the exhibition hall.
